This is a list of the items that can be obtained in Alundra 2.
Consumable items[]
Herb[]
Restores 100 HP
Herbs are very commonly found in chests in the earlier parts of the game, but eventually get phased out as the player progresses to later areas in the game. Flint can carry up to nine herbs.
They can be purchased from any shop for 40G, or on Gamar Island for 10 tokens.
Tonic[]
Restores 300 HP
Tonics are commonly found in chests in the early to middle parts of the game. Flint can carry up to nine tonics.
They can be purchased from any shop for 200G, or on Gamar Island for 100 tokens.
Elixir[]
Restores 600 HP
Elixirs are commonly found in chests in the middle to late parts of the game. Flint can carry up to nine elixirs.
They can be purchased from any shop for 500G, or on Gamar Island for 250 tokens.
Lorien Nuts[]
Restores 200 EP
Lorien Nuts are commonly found in chests in the middle to late parts of the game.
Grapes of Eru[]
Restores 500 EP
Grapes of Eru are commonly found in chests in the middle to late parts of the game.
Panacea[]
Regains all HP and EP
Utility items[]
Compass[]
When placed in Flint's pocket and selected as the active item, the compass brings up a translucent compass rose on the screen.
The compass is obtained in Kindra Forest. Where Flint has to stack crates to reach Prunewell, there is a gap in the trees nearby. Inside is a merchant who asks Flint for a herb, and will give him the compass in return for one.

When used it allows Flint to freeze in mid-air while holding the jump button. If used as a pocket item it shoots a green projectile in a straight line, rotating green statues, freezing enemies or activating green crystal switches.

Puzzle Piece[]
Puzzle Pieces are used to complete Jeehan's puzzles. There are a total of 60 in the game.
Bone Dart[]
Bone darts can be found in chests throughout the game, and as occasional drops from most enemies. They allow Flint to play darts at Deadeye Zach's. Flint can carry up to 99 bone darts.
Ticket[]
The ticket allows Flint to bet on the Toroledo bull fights. It can be purchased at the bull fighting arena for ...G, provided Alexia is not present.
Gauntlet[]
The gauntlet allows Flint to perform the Sunburst Attack. It is obtained from Jeehan's apprentice after telling him about all three varieties of toilet.
Gold Badge[]
Dwarf Stone[]
The dwarf stone is one of the three materials needed to make the Valar Shield.
It can be found in the Seagull Ruins, in the room with Siren statues that fire steam jets.
Can only be obtained after talking to the slim pirate on the first test for gold badge building that is next to the flame barrels, he mentions he ditched the previous normal barrels in the local ruins, if you go to the Siren Statue room the normal barrels will be there.
Vita Stone[]
The vita stone is one of the three materials needed to make the Valar Shield.
It can be purchased at Deadeye Zach's for 30,000 points.
Elf Steel[]
The elf steel is one of the three materials needed to make the Valar Shield.
It is found in a chest in the second section of the Underwater Passage between Mt. Firedrake and Dark Isle.

Strange Key[]
The strange key is the first item in the trading sidequest.
It can be found in the storage room on the airship right at the beginning of the game, following the tutorial segment. If it is missed there, it is obtained automatically after defeating Pandora.
Hand-Carved Cow[]
The hand-carved cow is the second item in the trading sidequest.
It is obtained from the old man in Toroledo's item shop, in exchange for the strange key.
Hammer[]
The hammer is the third item in the trading sidequest.
It is obtained from a craftsman standing outside the inn at Yagin Harbor, in exchange for the hand-carved cow.
Red Statue[]
The red statue is the fourth item in the trading sidequest.
It is obtained from the shopkeeper in Paco Village, in exchange for the hammer.
Pirate Earring[]
The pirate earring is the fifth item in the trading sidequest.
It is obtained from the little girl in the back room of the Puerto Medusa item shop, in exchange for the red statue.
Cow Princess Autograph[]
The Cow Princess autograph is the sixth item in the trading sidequest.
It is obtained from the Cow Princess of Toroledo, in exchange for the pirate earring.
Vanilla Wafer[]
The vanilla wafer is the seventh item in the trading sidequest.
It is obtained from the guard on the left outside Varuna Palace, in exchange for the Cow Princess autograph.
Goo Goo Bird[]
The Goo Goo bird is the eighth item in the trading sidequest.
It is obtained from the old man in Eden Village who gives Flint the Dryad Ring, in exchange for the vanilla wafer.
Crimson Cape[]
The crimson cape is the ninth item in the trading sidequest, and can be given to Belgar in order to receive the Rising Sword.
It is obtained from the item shopkeeper in Gwaba Town, in exchange for the Goo Goo bird.
